HOTEL Hospedería Monasterio de La Vid has a restaurant, bar, a garden and terrace in La Vid y Barrios. The hotel features family rooms. Free private parking is available onsite. On our way back to our home in Southern Spain, a late ferry in Santander meant we needed an overnight stop with 2 dogs. Booking.com to the rescue, finding this gem at such a reasonable price. We were blown away by the luxurious spacious rooms and public areas. Clearly a lot of money has been spent on getting it to this standard and maintaining it. The staff were very friendly and made welcome our dogs, and even brought them some water in the restaurant/bar area. The location itself was very picturesque though as it was raining we didn't explore. Though it was late they prepared an evening meal for us (about 0930pm), and breakfast the following morning was really nice with plenty of choice. The dining area itself is spacious which allowed us to keep our over excited Tzih Zhus out of mischief though there were no other pets at the time!

The apartment is perfectly situated near the cathedral and at the heart of Burgos. It is nicely decorated, really spacious and has everything you need! Everything was very clean and the host was very kind. We would really recommend the apartment if you decide to visit Burgos!

Inma is a great host and also extremely helpful. She made sure we had every thing and constantly checked to help with various aspects of the trip. The location of that apartment is perfect. Right in the centre of Burgos. The cathedral is on your door step and plenty of tabernas in the vicinity. We were in Burgos for a wedding and Inma’s attention to detail made for a really easy stay. Did I say Inma was a great host!
