The pillow library was great, giving plenty of choice of different types of pillows for your own choice of comfort. The rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable, with plenty of amenities in the room. The staff were very friendly, and helpful making the stay enjoyable.

The hotel is situated in a prime location, near to Odori park, and the staff is consistently friendly and readily available to assist guests. The rooms are exceptionally clean and are equipped with all necessary amenities. Each room is furnished with a two-in-one washing and dryer machine, which is a significant plus. I would highly recommend this hotel and intend to return in the future again and again ( ◠‿◠ )

The buffet had different choices and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and can speak good English. Location is good since it's near the JR station and some stores and restaurants. I'll stay here again.

We lived in four people room 101. This is super big for our three people family. They have public kitchen. The free parking lot is right across from the hotel. The owner is kind and recommended a good restaurant for dinner.
