I picked this hotel in large part because of their breakfast and whilst you did need to queue for half an hour, it was well organised and well worth it. An excellent breakfast. Whilst the room wasn't the largest we have had in this trip it was a good size and best of all it was very very well designed in terms of the furniture to give a tonne of very useable storage in a small floorspace. The bathroom is unusually spacious and well laid out. We fancied a light dinner so we had ramen at the small Stella lounge by the hotel baths. Decent! It was very useful to have the hotel be the last stop off once of the key bus routes into the old town area, though only in one direction because of one way roads. And last of all, I left my walking stick in the room and because we took taxis to the train and then the train, I didn't realise till we got to our next stop. The hotel staff were brilliant in retrieving the stick and posting it on to my next hotel for me, which was so helpful.

Very good location. Walking distance to Odori train station, restaurants, and shops. Washing machine in the room is a godsend.

Great location too. The washing machine works great! Room could be slightly larger but for the price, cant complain

And only 3 mins walk from mrt station was a plus. Love it!

The staff were helpful and attentive, the breakfast buffet was incredible and the onsen was so peaceful and clean. The view from the room was incredible. The location is very convenient as it's right over the station and you can walk to all the main sites.

We spent a few days skiing Furano resort and this location was perfect. Easy short drive to either side of the mountain. Short walk every night for dinner. Room was comfortable. Boot room with boot dryers was a major plus! Will be staying here again!
