The location speaks for itself. The gym was slick, the breakfasts indulgent, and the overall vibe unmatched. I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else in Tokyo. As a cherry on top, my partner celebrated his birthday here, and the staff went above and beyond to make it truly unforgettable.

Staff very helpful. Rooms though are quite small but these are common in Japan hotels especially in major cities. But overall this hotel is quite clean with very good service . It's also near shopping areas.

They helped us forward the luggages and called our next hotel to confirm. The room was spacious. The location was excellent, Lawson just across the road, close to train stations, bus stops and local attractions. The limosine bus from Haneda airport stopped at NHK theatre which is just next to Hyatt.
