Situated along Tanohara River and surrounded by tranquil nature in Kurokawa Onsen hot spring area, Oku no Yu Ryokan offers charming Japanese-style accommodation and various hot spring baths. It also boasts a thermal-heated indoor swimming pool. Free WiFi is provided in public areas. Okunoyu has one of the best outdoor onsens in Kurokawa, views from the riverside bath are just stunning. Food was great as expected. Even the "mountain view" room has a great view outside. The room itself is comfy, might get a bit cold at night though.

Just an 8-minute walk from Nakasu Kawabata Station, first project in Japan by internationally recognized Italian architect and designer, Aldo Rossi, ホテル イル パラッツォ features contemporary design and 2 dining options. The hotel offers rooms with free WiFi and a glass-encaged bathroom. A very pleasant stay, with staff demonstrating excellent service awareness and hygiene standards deserving high praise. Please keep it up. This will definitely be my choice for future trips, whether for family or business.

Open from September 2019, only 150 metres from JR Hakata Train Station, Miyako Hotel Hakata offers stylish rooms with a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom. Free WiFi is available throughout the property. The famous Nanzoin Temple is a 30-minute train ride away. Everything was perfect: location, cleanliness, onsen, and the outdoor pool. The staff were super helpful. 10/10

New and clean with all the amenities required even facial wash and facial cream. Best part was that it was spacious unlike most hotels in Japan. Although underground parking was limited, we never had trouble with parking lots for our 2 cars despite coming back after 9pm. Staff were friendly and helpful although not very fluent in English. Google translate works :)
Located in quiet district but near to shopping centres and donki. Japanese room was big. Shower room was big although the wash basin area tiny. Basically i got what I paid for. Free parking available if requested early else coin parking nearby. Coin laundry facilities were a walk away although i never found it.
Nice environment & hot spring. The waiter can communicate in fluent English and explains in detail and attentively. Free car parking lot.

The meals are beautifully presented and delicious. The parking lot area is a bit narrow but the staff is very helpful to guide me to park the car.
This hotel is incredibly convenient, being located right next to Amu Plaza Kumamoto, Kumamoto Station, and the Tram Station. Plenty of dining options (take away, food court to Michelin guide restaurant) and convenience stores nearby. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. I especially enjoyed the public hot bath tub. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The underground parking lot was easy to access with a lift, and it only cost 1000 Yen (with the coupon from the hotel) Overall, I had a fantastic stay at this hotel.
good location with free parking lot, sea view and walking distance to shopping mall and good restaurant. The hot spring is very good and no crowded. The staff is friendly and easy check in. The breakfast is good with Japanese Style and nice view, I feel very healthy.
Rooms are very big and clean. We could use the common and the kitchen are downstairs for dinner and breakfast. There’s a free parking lot too but the road getting there is very narrow have to be careful.
