I had some stomach trouble from food, but the staff were truly kind and took great care of me. They even gave me herbal tea and looked after me. On both my arrival and departure, they helped carry my luggage and gave me a ride, which was a huge help. The staff are genuinely very kind.

The staff were so friendly and accomodating. They always made sure we were getting a fair price for things when we told them we were going shopping for things. They called our guide to make sure he was going when he was running late. Breakfast was delicious each morning. Great location as well.

Mariam was an incredible host that made us feel immediately comfortable during our stay. She answered all our questions and was an excellent host overall. She even prepared takeaway breakfast early in the morning prior to our departure. The facilities are great value for the price and we were comfortable during our stay.

Michlifen Resort & Golf is located next to Ifrane National Park, 65 kilometres south of Fes in Morocco. This hotel features 3 restaurants, a Spa and an indoor swimming pool. I came to Ifrane especially for this resort, it is my second time here. It is fancy and unique in all aspects. The service is excellent. The resort is wonderful. The only issue is that the rooms are a bit small. But in general I highly recommend staying here.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive they truly made us feel so cared for. The riad itself is cozy, warm, and beautifully maintained, with such a peaceful atmosphere. It felt like a little oasis and was the perfect place to relax after exploring the city! We couldn’t recommend this riad enough and would happily stay here again.
