The hotel was recently renovated and everything is beautiful! We booked a room with 2 beds and it was spacious, clean and elegantly decorated. The beds are soooo comfy and the shower has amazing water pressure. It is in a nice location, close to a lot of attractions. We parked our car in the lot the hotel recommended for 2 days and we walked everywhere.

The building is beautifully restored with period-appropriate tiling, fixtures, and hardwood pillars. Our standard room was modestly sized but nicely appointed. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and Louis the housecat is a lively presence! The whole vibe is very calm, quiet, and classy. We didn't try the spa facilities, but appreciated the pool, bathrobes, etc. A great place for a break in one of the prettiest small towns in the Americas.
