Everything. This is one of the best places I've ever stayed. It's brand new and everything is easy to use. The staff is absolutely awesome and will show you around the property. Special shout out to Vinah who was amazing!! The property is quiet and in a very convenient location across from a cafe called Dozo, a money exchange place, and several massage places. There is every type of food you can imagine in the basement of the mall. It's a very cheap Grab ride away from everywhere you'll need to go too. I could go on and on. Loved this place and already regret leaving!

This flat is in a brand new condo complex. It is exceptionally clean, rooms are perfectly arranged, huge living room and kitchen area. For the 5 of us (my wife, and 3 friends from which 2 is a couple) it was perfect. We only got 1 set of keys initially but we asked for another one and got it in an hour or so. We didn't even have to be home, it was left on the table for us in the evening. There is an awesome swimming pool, whirpool, gym area. The only thing to notice here is that you have to be fully dressed if you are a woman to use the swimming pool (muslim rules). Location was great and we loved every minute of our stay here.

It was very comfortable for our family of five to stay here. With three bedrooms, everyone slept well and comfortably. After the Sapi Island tour, we were able to do laundry thanks to the washing machine, which was very convenient. The place was clean, hot water worked well, and the air conditioning functioned properly. Security was also good, which made us feel safe during our stay. It takes about a 10-minute walk to reach the Waterfront, and Gaya Street is only a 5-minute Grab ride away.

Loved everything about it!! Truly felt like a home away from home. Has all the amenities you need and a gorgeous view. A water filter for drinking water. Good hot showers, comfy beds and living area. Well placed power sockets and even a wireless charging dock. We enjoyed it so much despite it being towards the end of the city area. This meant a peaceful stay with a mall next door and laundry and convenience stores on the ground floor of the apartment building. For everywhere else, just GRAB. So worth it.
