It's a new and very clean aparthotel with modern large, well-furnished rooms and a fancy shower. Breakfast was really tasty. And the location almost outside Krakow fitted us perfectly. We loved the chance to stay with a dog - that is a huge advantage. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Very good hotel in a quiet area, conveniently located not too far from both the train station and the old town. The surroundings are peaceful, and the bed was so cozy that I had the best two nights of sleep during my entire 14-day trip in Poland. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful—they even offered me extra bottled water when I needed it. The facilities are modern and well-maintained. Highly recommended!

Feel free to book a stay of 100 days, then you still haven't been able to taste everything from the breakfast. Very extensive and neatly taken into account various allergies. The staff BTW, were very enthusiastic and helpful. See you guys next year.

First time stay here, but the staff first of all was amazing, the value for the money, the overall look and feeling, facilities where plenty we did not even manage to take full advantage of them, the breakfast was amazing, the restaurant options as well, excelently done as for the price it felt cheap for what it offered. The apartment was great, it had all that is needed for a family, fully equiped. Somehow it's even better than it looks. We will return for sure.

This hotel is really luxury hotel. I was staying in a room with hot tub. The tub is exactly in the middle of the room. Also there is shower cabin and toilet. The room is 100% equipped with automatical lights, curtains are also automatical. This is not a room for family. I would say this is the room for single people or couples. If you are travelling with boyfriend or husband - u will enjoy. If u are coming to stay alone - u will enjoy Jakuzzi. Don’t look that it is 2 kms from city centre. Actually, it is in city centre. 1 minute from a bridge. It is super close to the city centre. The bath tub is perfect! I enjoyed it. Breakfasts are not like in most hotels. Expect something like you come to the cafe, they provide menu, and you choose a dish from a menu which you want. But for me this option was very convenient. They have yoghurts and eggs and croissants. It is a decent breakfast. Just it is not like a table where u take whatever u want. It is from the menu. There will be no iron and iron board. But due to design of the room, there is no place to put it even. Anyways, I was coming to rest. Was not planning to iron anything. It was amazing stay. Believe me u will enjoy this hotel if u take a room with hot tub. Wish all of you a great time here. Huge thanks to all the stuff who were assisting me. Literally no words could describe the beauty of the hotel especially in winter , everything covered in white but full of life and beauty It looks just like disney movies or fairytales 🥹 Our stay was from 24-27th December in a family chalet and they gifted us some presents for Christmas it made us feel even happier The location the staff the facilities we had everything was perfect , breakfast is so good with a lot of healthy options , The location is great 15mins away from the center by car so its close enough to the center but at the same time far from the city buzz so u could have 2 in 1 experience and try everything The reception staff were absolutely amazing so helpful and nice , they recommended to us a lot of activities to do in zakopane and made sure we got everything we wanted . I recommend to go in Christmas since the whole hotel and chalets were decorated with lights and Christmas trees they were absolutely gorgeous The spa was just prefect the hot jacuzzi in the middle of the snow the saunas and the comfy sofas front of the fireplace with breathtaking views . I traveled to a lot of places and a lot of hotels but like this one i never witnessed Would definitely go back millions of times in all seasons just to relax and feel free again
