Daily refill for the bar, free buggy to every spot in the hotel, very helpful and cheerful staff. There was a Starbucks on the rooftop with magnificent view.

The facilities were all focused on health and wellness, which are two of the big factors why I chose to book this place. I joined the HIIT and yoga classes, and tried their amazing 3-floor gym. I also loved the cafe and restaurant- everything I tried tasted fresh and well-prepped. I would honestly go back and stay for a month!

Enjoying a peaceful beachfront location on the white and sandy Chaweng Beach, SALA Samui Chaweng Beach Resort comprises of two buildings. The resort features luxurious pool villas and suites, a signature 'moon pool' that overlooks the sea and a romantic beachfront restaurant. The spacious pool deck also comes with plenty of sunbeds and a kid's pool. From check in to departure, our stay was just wonderful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the small but thoughtful touches - the welcome drink and towel, the ability to select our pillows and lotion scents, the sandwich and fruit platter as we waited for our room. Our Garden balcony room was fabulous. It was clean and spacious, though the clear glass tub/shower in the middle of the bathroom space meant that we'd have to curtain it off and only one person could be using that space at a time. The Garden pool was lovely and quiet, while the Beach pool and area was luxurious. We had dinner at The Tent and breakfasts at Sexy Fish and they were wonderful. The breakfast buffet had a great varied selection. The resort is a quick walk to restaurants and the busier Chaweng Beach strip. Loved the location - we walked down the beach for more casual lunch and to get a Thai massage (a must do!). This was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations.
