Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible service provided by Ping and her assistant Trang at the reception. Ping, who worked every day during our stay, delivered the highest level of hospitality and attentiveness. She genuinely cared about our well-being, checked in on our experience, and provided valuable recommendations. Her English proficiency was the best I encountered among all the Vietnamese people I met during my trip to Phu Quoc, making communication effortless and pleasant. I truly hope that the hotel management recognizes and rewards Ping for her outstanding commitment to guest satisfaction—she sets a remarkable standard for customer service! Housekeeping was impeccable – our room was always spotless. The refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring a comfortable stay. The room itself was beautifully maintained, with everything in ideal condition. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it. Everything is just perfect at Ancarine. It’s a peaceful secluded oasis, surrounded by nature, on a private beach with beautiful water especially when the sea is calm. The room are spacious, comfortable and clean. We loved the open door restrooms and shower, felt amazing and yet still very private. The swimming pool is very well kept, clean and beautiful. Breakfast is great and also the restaurant is very good, you can definitely tell that all the ingredients are fresh. What makes this all even more perfect is the amazing people that work there. From the women and the reception, to the staff at the restaurant. After a couple of days it felt like being at home. It felt amazing, it was a great holiday and we hoped we could spend more time there. We will definitely miss the people and the amazing peacefulness we found there.

The apartment is modern and very well equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view is absolutely stunning — especially at sunset — and the nightly fireworks display was truly unforgettable! The host was incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely love to come back. Khách sạn 4 sao này có máy ATM và dịch vụ tiền sảnh.... We were happy to stay here. Although it was a last minute booking, we had an amazing experience staying here. The staff were so friendly, helpful and can speak English - which is easier for us to communicate. We really enjoyed staying here, great hospitality from the beginning we entered the hotel, great facilities. We also had a free Sunset town tour with a friendly buggy driver - he took pictures for us and instructed us to pose 😂 The location is very close to the cable car station and Kiss Bridge. The breakfast was excellent even though it is a mini buffet - take note they do serve pork sausage - for our Muslims friend concerns (I came with my non-muslim friend, she really enjoyed the breakfast). Overall, it was a great experience to stay with Sakurakyo Hotel. We only had one night here because no room is available for the next day. We are looking forward to staying here again next time and recommending this hotel to our friends and family.

Tình cờ nhìn thấy bên này còn phòng, diện tích lại rộng mà lại sát biển, có hồ bơi, phong cách santorini rất hợp với gia đình có bé nhỏ như nhà mình nên gđinh mình quyết định đặt liền luôn. Phòng 103 siêu đẹp, phòng wc rộng rãi, bên ngoài phòng cũng rộng, có cả ghế ngồi ngay trước phòng để chill. Khách sạn có sẵn cả kayak, dụng cụ lặn. Nội thất trong phòng cũng đẹp, thiết bị vệ sinh cũng rất hiện đại, vòi xịt bồn cầu cũng đc chị chủ để ý chọn loại tối, vòi xịt tia ko mạnh nên phù hợp cho các bé nhỏ. Đồ ăn rất ngon, giá cả hợp lý. Khách sạn gần chợ dân cư nên nhiều quán ăn ngon (hủ tiếu, bánh mì, nước ép,…). Từ đây đi Vinwonder, Safari cũng chỉ tầm 3-5km, thuê xe máy đi rất hợp lý, lại chủ động.

The location was close to the main attractions and you can watch the fireworks from the roof top. The staff are friendly and they provided us with delicious breakfast. The beds are comfortable and there is a lift for rooms at a higher floor.
