stayed at this hotel for five days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well-organized. It’s located close to the city center, which made everything easily accessible. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant throughout my stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the entire place had a lovely vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

This is the best hotel of the whole Georgia trip. We were looking for a green, calm area, comfortable bed, spa, green surroundings and good breakfast. Greenwood even exceeded my expectations. Very modern, beautiful hotel, everything is new and clean. The staff members are nice and helpful. The pool has the best temperature, I haven't experienced this for years. Saunas are nice and clean. The nature around is stunning. The bed and pillows are simply the best. This was a great alternative to the noisy Batumi Center hotels. If you are looking for relaxation and peace this is the place.

The room is super comfortable and cosy. I had the best stay. Breakfast buffet which is included in the price is open until 2pm! It’s super rare to have a buffet all day. It exceeded my expectations. The room, the food, location and the friendly staff, everything is great. My card didn’t work during check-in and the friendly staff said I can just enter the room and pay the next day so that’s what I did. This level of understanding almost never happens. I’m grateful. Thank you for everything.

    One of the best locations in Georgia for relaxation and recharging. Super friendly staff. Very clean. Spacious rooms. Pet friendly. We were staying with our big dog and he enjoyed this days a lot too. Beautiful forest around and hike walks. Even at the rain and cold weather you can entertain yourself with a good spa, pool, tennis, billiard, go to the gym or just rest on a terrace and enjoy beautiful views.

    - Cheap Stay during Batumi Season (not a $100 per night which is insane, ₾100 per night); - Pet Friendly Hotel which is decent (small commission applied, ₾25 for small cat); - Good furniture (small sofa, well-sized bed); - Excellent air conditioner and fridge (it’s just works); - Location is good and bad as well (it’s near beach which is great, 15 minutes of walk but there are a lot of cars, car washes, repair shops ahead to the beach and the road is tiny as hell); - Friendly Stuff (which will help you a lot, just ask them).

    It was our second stay with Guram, and it was as pleasant as the previous one. We got another room but liked it even more than the first one. The room was warm, and the bed was very comfortable.
