I loved everything. Nice location In middle of kinda secret garden. Lovely little house with beautiful little details and cozy feeling. I felt I was living in a romantic movie. The owner is so nice and friendly. Definately will return here one day.

I liked that the location was right on the piazza, centrally located. There were a number of good restaurants within a fe w minute walk. The living space was like a large apartment. The living room and primary bedroom had air conditioning which made it comfortable on a 92 degree day. Sara was very pleasant and helpful. The courtyard parking was a plus.

ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING HERE IS TOTALY WONDERFUL! We were completely captivated by the wonderful small village and exquisitely beautiful countryside in which Podere Fabbrani is located, making this the ultimate stay for peace and tranquility and beautiful country walks. Podere Fabrrani is also very well located for visiting the special towns of Pennabilli or San Leo and lots of other quaint and gorgeous villages. The accommodation itself sits in a pleasant garden with a great swimming pool and there is ample free parking. Our bedroom on the second floor had a lovely view over the valley and above to the mountains. The bedroom was well equipped, modern and yet very elegant, as was the bathroom - and immaculately clean, with daily room service. The shared dining space downstairs was warm and inviting, and each day a truly sumptuous breakfast is provided. All these things make Podera Fabbrani very special indeed - but what takes it to the very next level, making it the very best accommodation we have stayed in throughout Italy is the wonderful host, Laura. Laura speaks English so well and was able to daily suggest places for us to visit, or restaurants to eat at - all of which were excellent recommendations. But more than anything, it was Laura's kindness, welcoming manner and willingness to do all she could to make our stay here so wonderful - making our stay here so perfect and memorable. We cannot recommend this wonderful accommodation highly enough and would never hesitate to return here again. Thank you so much Laura.

View from the windows (we were at the second floor in the building on the main square, where the reception is located) - we had a beautiful view of the square as well as of the fortress and landscape around the village). For sure also the other rooms of this building have great views (depending on the side where the room is, it may be faced towards the fortress and village main square or towards the Marecchia valley. The rooms and bathroom were cleaned every day. The whole building is very clean and tidy, including the bar and restaurant at the ground floor. The hotel also offers discounts for meals at the restaurant at the ground floor and at the "Osteria la corte di Berengario II" which we enjoyed a lot. In the Osteria we had dinners and the food was amazing (as well as the personal/cook/owner and the place itself! At the restaurant at the ground floor of the hotel we had the breakfast everyday (which is included in the price): this was also amazing (to mention the local ham, the local cheese - formaggio di fossa - and the fresh cakes were the unforgettable start of our days), and if you get a table close to the bottom of the restaurant you can enjoy also the sight of the valley. And not least, Marco, who is running the hotel, was always available whenever necessary and can give you precious hints on interesting places to visit (villages, nature, archeological sites) and where to eat around the Marecchia valley. Overall: the hotel is run very well and located in a beautiful village and the landscapes, gastronomy and cultural sites of the whole region are amazing.

The hosts were very friendly, happy and able to avail of Google translate! Nothing was too much trouble for them and I felt very welcome. I even got lifts into the nearby town!

Situated right in the heart of San Leo close to a public car park if travelling by car. The host was extremely helpful and cordial while breakfast was also generous.
