The hotel and the room were clean and organize with a good ambiance and good smell especially the carpets. The staffs were friendly and welcoming. The food in the breakfast were really good and so far Phoenix Inn Suites Albany is the first hotel that I am really amazed with the buffet foods that exceeded my expectations. The location is really perfect as well especially for the travellers.

The hotel is located off Interstate 5, close enough to be easily accessible, yet away from the congestion and noise, located steps away from the Linn County Fair and Expo Center.

Apartment was clean. Street quiet and in a good location. Provided everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Parking was not an issue.

Location was great. Welcoming clean apartment with everything we could have needed. Glad we only had two couples. Would have been fine with a family but the upstairs downstairs bathroom was a trek for the other couple during the night. They felt funny sharing the upstairs one. But other than that it was perfect.

The staff very rude rooms were very dirty and messy and dusty i would never stay here ever again. Especially when I travel for work with my family, unacceptable
