Friendliness as well as the cleanliness. The location was perfect and their shuttle service made it absolutely perfect 👍

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is near the Fountain of Youth and guided trolley tours. The restaurant offers a nice selection of basic Hispanic food.

The property was very modern and clean. It was close to the historic but not right in the heart of it. We usually stay closer to the fort, this was closer to the fountain of youth. Still not far.

Our Stay was what we expected! What they offer is what you get. The price is good, the staff is nice, and the breakfast is delicious! You can park your car near your room, too.

I was really happy with our stay. Nick was a great host! Close enough to downtown without being in downtown. Right across a busy street to the beach! I would definitely return for another stay. Maybe even as soon as October. The room itself was clean & roomy. Private patio on first floor. I'm so glad for an almost full sized refrigerator since I had leftovers for almost every meal! The pool was not heated to 85°, but we weren't in it anyway. I just spoke to other guests. I really appreciated warm breakfast every day & the popcorn & cookies at 5! I'm so tired due to the time change between our central time & your eastern time, but the beds are very comfortable & I slept well. They are almost too tall, but I managed. Very happy with the big TV. Usually hotels don't have big enough TVs. Happy for housekeeping every day. Other than that, I was very pleased with our stay! St. Augustine is a great place to visit & Ocean Sands Beachfront Inn is a great place to stay while visiting. Reading other reviews, I find it extremely difficult to understand the great stays from the awful stays. Obviously, someone is lying about their experience. I did not see one bug, nor a speck of dirt! Everything was almost perfect. I noted what wasn't.

Everything! It was right in the middle of the heart and soul of St. Augustine.

This is a super cute place. We only stayed one night, but if you are visiting for longer it would be great base as its close to everything.

The best location, very clean.

We visited for our anniversary, and it was fabulous. The Parking was a breeze. The breakfast ( free per night stay) and dinner were phenomenal. The martini bar ( free drink per night) was as exceptional! The staff was so helpful, and our room was beautiful. We cannot wait to come back.

It was very clean. The staff was welcoming and friendly.

Room was clean, the bed was comfortable, fridge worked very well and kept our items nice and cold, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were provided (not the travel sizes either) so it was nice to not have to pack those items. The vending room, which had soda machines and a washer and dryer, was hotel card entry only so that was nice.

It’s a fabulous fun hotel with a great funky vibe. Great coffee in lobby (vanilla lattes!!! 😋😋) Conveniently located (walking distance) to down town. Cute pool and great room.

Location was great. The staff was excellent. The room was much better than we expected. We went out for breakfast, however, what we did see in their breakfast offering was spectacular. I would highly recommend for your next stay.
