There was a handwritten card in our room. Our room was absolutely clean. Bathroom has very good lighting. The brekfast was super.

The hotel is in an excellent location, the staff is very friendly (let us leave out luggage at the front after we checked out for the rest of the day) and well designed. There were some interesting art choices that made for some nice laughs between my husband and I… Loved the cafe at the entrance. We didn’t eat there but we met my mom there for coffee a couple of times and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Would definitely come back next time we are in Graz!
