We rented this appartment for the second time with my husband and we love it ! Great location next to the lake and commodities, easy to pick up the keys at interhome, which allowed us to stay longer after the check out time. It is also pet friendly for a little extra cost.

The hotel is well located, the bedrooms are spacious with enjoyable balcony with stunning view on the mountains. The breakfast was a positive surprise with a good variety of food. The wellness area was very clean and offered two saunas, a steam bath and cold showers. The hotel is pet friendly and the entire staff was very welcoming and kind with us

The hotel it is charming with super friendly hosts, dog friendly, great breakfast. The location is beautiful. The restaurants near hotel are quite expensive for what they offer. Overall a nice and a cozy stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful with an amazing view of the Matterhorn and also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was so nice and comfortable, you even get a new delicious little treat each day which is a nice touch. The smell, the spa/pool, breakfast, dinners, ambiance and pet friendly made this hotel a must for our family. We will continue to make this hotel a yearly visit for our family trip to zermatt.

Great location across the street from the train and a nice walking trail. Free parking. Friendly staff. Fair price. Nice rooms and spa area as well. Very dog friendly and baby friendly, with dog bowls, baby crib, and baby high chair included.
