The rustic yet elegant design perfectly complements the natural beauty of the desert. The pools (yes, plural!) are an oasis of relaxation, and floating in the cool water while surrounded by endless desert landscapes is an experience I’ll never forget. This is the perfect spot to disconnect from the chaos of everyday life. No distractions, just peace, tranquility, and the magic of the desert. The attention to detail, from the pristine cleanliness of the rooms to the thoughtful amenities, speaks volumes about the love and care Lucila and her family pour into this place. The kind attention l got from Mrs Patricia, she is very nice explaining the property, l got the apartment l was expecting, love the views from the mountains, has lots of natural light and no mosquitoes going into the apartment, has additional rooms and beds that can accommodate more people, like the kitchen and the main room was spacious. In general l like it a lot. It’s a new apartment complex with private security it made you feel safer in. In general great attention and service from everyone there.

Wonderful stay. The staff were helpful in everything - they helped me arrange the tour for the Tatacoa, and even a return bus to Neiva when I left Villavieja. Value for money amazing, very comfortable bed and my own bathroom. The traditional breakfast was delicious and large, and water, lemonade and coffee always available. A genuine experience

Her cooking was amazing and she provided us with all the information we needed to thoroughly experience the desert. The accommodation offered a lot more than we were expecting, everything was clean, cabins were relatively spacious and the bed was very comfortable, better than most hotels.... Also, this is a perfect location to see the stars at night, 0 light pollution!
