Loved our room - very quiet and modern overlooking a central atrium. Lovely reception staff who were very helpful. Seville is a nightmare to drive around so we left early on the morning of our departure which made for an easy start to the day.

Special thanks to the housekeeping lady named Marielyn — she is one of the best and most honest cleaning staff I have ever met. She was extremely clean, thorough, and trustworthy. The spa was nice and relaxing, and the location is perfect. I enjoyed my stay so much that I have already recommended the hotel to several friends and I would love to stay here again in the future.

The rooms are clean and spacious and the restaurant is algo a great option, breakfast and dinner are both delicious! Maria and Miguel in the front desk and Maria taking care of us in breakfast were the best part of the whole experience, we love them!

The appartment was awesome ! So beautiful, well located, and warm (important as it was cold in Granada these days!). The customer service of the hotel was also awesome, they reached out a few days before on WhatsApp to organize the arrival, made it super smooth and easy. I would 100% go back there whenever back in Granada, without a doubt.
