Very friendly and detailed instructions emailed a few hours prior to arrival. Very clean and tidy and clearly cared for. Area felt very safe with car parking right outside bedroom window. 3 adults and a 17 year old, we only stayed for one night prior to a 5am euro tunnel crossing but would've been quite happy staying for longer if we'd have been on holiday. Quiet area and very comfortable accommodation- very versatile, with a (huge) double bed, a double pull out sofa and several other chairs/sofas.

The house is spacious, tastefully furnished, cosy and equipped with every comfort. The kitchen has a huge window with a magnificent view of the avenue. The living room is spacious and the large, comfortable sofas invite you to relax. We lit the fireplace every evening and it was wonderful. The bedrooms were comfortable and the beds very cosy and fragrant. The bathrooms were large and spotless. The garden surrounding the house is beautiful and there is also a cool wood and convenient parking in front of the house. All this in the beautiful English countryside, with attractions and inns nearby. An excellent location for exploring Kent.
