A very short walk to the beach, a small tesco a few steps away and the local bus stop right outside the property.

Located in the town of Boroughbridge, the historic Grantham Arms offers bedrooms just 5 km from Staveley Nature Reserve and Newby Hall & Gardens. The room was very cozy, modern and comfortable. The sunday roast was great and the staff was very welcoming. I absolutely recommend this accomodation.

Just 10 minutes' travel by bus from York Railway Station, Ascot House is a 15-minute walk from York Minster. It offers award-winning breakfasts, elegant bedrooms, free WiFi, and free parking. We truly enjoyed our two-night stay in this unique place. We loved everything about Ascot House, from the quaint and elegant furnishing evoking its rich history to the owner and staff who were all very kind and helpful. The location is great, too - in a lovely, quiet part of York, yet within walking distance of the centre.

In the beautiful Yorkshire Dales National Park, The Lister Arms is a quintessential English pub and AA 4-star 18th-century inn, offering home-cooked food and cosy accommodation. As always warm welcome great food and super staff. Nice to see some new staff equally good. Ross as always friendly and helpful. Waitress in restaurant was excellent think calked Stephanie . Bar staff really helpful. Cant fault it.
