Exactly behind the building of the Science Academy from which observation terrace we started our Riga exploring. The staff were very kind and helpful. They have luggage room in case you need before check-in or after check-out. Excellent!

Set in Riga’s historic centre overlooking Bastion Hill, Grand Poet Hotel by Semarah combines contemporary design with five-star comfort. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes, including Riga specialties, and was delicious. We booked two rooms for my husband and two daughters, and they arranged for us to have adjacent rooms, which was very helpful. The staff were also new and very polite. The SPA concierge was especially helpful. about the location, within walking distance to Riga's Old Town.
