Service was excellent - when we checked in, we were served by Curt and he was extremely friendly, approachable and warm. Rooms were very clean and amenities provided were in good condition. You'll either get a sunset or sunrise view from the room- both incredible.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and close to the shopping and dining areas and a nice stroll to the park. We were here for an anniversary and the hotel made us feel so special by sending a beautiful cake with fruit and macaroons to our room.

We booked 3 rooms for a girls night away to the ballet. The location was perfect, close to His Majesty's Theatre and dinner booking. The rooms were large, the pool was warm and the staff were very welcoming. One of the hotel front staff were even kind enough to take some group photos before we went out - which was such a kind touch.
