Great location amazing accommodation

Everything about our stay was wonderful. We stayed in the studio cabins, the location was perfect and very centrally located. Our cabin was at the back of the property so was very quiet and was lovely waking up to the Kangaroos each morning.

The staff were lovely, room was beautiful, and location/views were stunning.

Staff were so helpful and friendly. Cafe was excellent and Lesley was so warm and welcoming.

Location - perfect place to relax

We had a wonderful stay at this Hunter Valley cabin and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. The cabin offered great privacy, and the overall atmosphere was incredibly cosy and quiet – perfect for unwinding and recharging. Despite the seclusion, we were pleasantly surprised by the variety of cafes and restaurants nearby, which gave us plenty of dining options. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. When our child accidentally left some belongings behind in the cabin, they went out of their way to assist us in retrieving them – we truly appreciated their kindness and efficiency.

First impression driving up we were excited with how cute it looked amongst the landscape, so easy to find with the sms we recieved prior to arriving giving directions to the guesthouse. Parking close by for unpacking the car, the verandah is so long, tables and chairs out the front and this is where we ate our meals overlooking the gorgeous setting, I loved meeting our neighbours outside the rooms and sitting around socialising everyone was so friendly and lovely, also entertaining lots of laughs. Hosts were lovely, greeted with big welcoming smiles, checking in to make sure everything is okay allowing time to ask questions, also telling us where the best spots were to go to view wildlife ie baby water hens by the dam, they encourage walking around and exploring the property. The room was spacious and had lots of character It had everything we could possibly need, well thought out even had mozzie repelliant in the bathroom. Extra blanket, hangers in the cupboard all the creature comforts you would have at home. it is so peaceful there of a night making it easy to sleep. Breakfast being included came in a beautiful picnic basket, plenty of food to eat ie fresh croissants, freshly squeezed orange juice etc. I felt like everything our hosts did and included in our stay they put their personal touch to it ie cereal in a a cute little container instead of the box it comes in, fruit in bowls with little cute lid covers. Where they have located tables and chairs, seats throughout the gardens for guests to use and enjoy. We spent alot of time in the pool was so cool and refreshing as temps were high and to our surprise in the room in a basket was big pool towels another example of how they have thought of everything. I will definitely be coming back to stay again at The Carriages Boutique Hotel and Vineyard

It was an amazing experience to stay in Wallaby lodge ! The views are incredible and the lodge was very cozy !

Well-Located for Wine Touring: We stayed just one night with the goal of visiting a few wineries, and the resort's location was perfect for that purpose. Fully Equipped Kitchen: The villa included a complete kitchen, which was particularly convenient for our long-term trip, allowing us to prepare meals comfortably. Spacious Grounds: The 300-acre property features a golf course, multiple pools, tennis courts, and walking trails, allowing guests to enjoy the outdoors without leaving the resort. Upgrade to Two-Bedroom Villa: We were kindly upgraded to a two-bedroom villa, which was very comfortable and well-suited for a longer stay.

Beautiful house in stunning location

My wife and myself booked 2 nights accommodation at the Mercure as it was very centralised to Bimbadgen Estate for the Take That concert we were attending. The rooms were the highest quality and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. During our stay we also did some wine tasting at DeBortoli's Hunter Valley, we went to the Hunter Valley Chocolate and Fudge factory, had dinner at Harrigans Pub and attended the Hunter Valley Gardens Christmas lights. The furthest we travelled from our location was only a 10 minute drive. It has beautiful manicured lawns and gardens and is the perfect location for a weekend getaway, corporate stay or to host an event

Loved the view and the calm of nature around the villas. The villa had a nice layout.

The room was so spacious and comfortable. Loved that the hotel is located in a calm and serene estate, with Kangaroos roaming around. We had a very relaxing stay. The Buffet Breakfast was also really nice.

Beautiful decor, really fresh, well put together. Comfortable furniture and beds, everything you needed was available, many small thoughtful details as well.

The personalised service from the moment we arrived, staff going above and beyond what would normally be expected. The room was large and beautiful, the food delicious and the setting idyllic. We felt like it was almost our own private resort.

The location is amazing. Everything is nearby, we liked and enjoyed the surroundings.
