For the stay experience: Environment: in a non-peak month, the whole front and back yard gardens are super private and exclusive. Pool side seat under a mango tree cannot be more relaxing. Room: Luxury room with Nile view. I literally wowed when i see the view in the room for the first time. The room is spacious with living area and bedroom and closet room. Service: Marvel and Moo (sorry if i do not spell it correctly), they are great concierges. The room call is always answered immediately. The staff are always ready to help. Dinning: only tried the terrace bar. The Agatha’s high tea: you definitely should have it in the afternoon. I had it in the afternoon in June. The month is not a peak season so i can have a great private time in the Nile view seat and enjoy Agatha’s book with AC. The Agatha’s cocktail: great cocktail with gin as the base served with sandwiches and nuts. I drank it as a sundowner. That is really an enchanting experience. For the Agatha Christie’s and Winston Churchill’s suites tour: Great tour, great tour guide!

This place is clean and cozy. The best part is the host, who is always there to help. We had some issues with our tour company for the early morning pick up. The host managed to help us out. He also checked with us to make sure we are fine. We felt very welcomed. The host helped us find a sunset Felucca. The captain chose to sail behind a big sand dune. So the sunset was totally blocked by the sand dune. The wind was not strong there so it took much longer to finish. We have to pay 50% more than original price because “the trip is longer than originally quoted”. It was frustrating that we didn’t see the sunset, be late for our dinner and bitten by bugs while the boat is not moving. I recommend a different felucca captain.

This place was like heaven for me as it is right on the Nile with different swimming pools and a gym and a spa also yoga 😊 the room was exactly the way I like it very clean and rustique there is even a little desk where I can work on the bathroom was very tidy and clean and I think their body lotion was the best I ever had in any hotel now for the breakfast was also tasty and varied and I really enough for the 🌅 morning and it kept me not hungry the whole day also there is a very sweet girl there named Marina who even prepared me this lemon mint juice with ice and it came perfect for the hot weather in aswan but the last and not least is the staff they are amazing and so helpful and one of the nicest people I met in any hotel They really took care of everything always with a smile and it feels like you are surrounded by a family and lastly the sweet girls at the reception they are so nice and gentle and gave me this little ginger juice to drink as a welcome and helped me to find my way around the hotel and also for getting transportation like using in drive cars as there is no Uber in aswan so the girls were so sweet and if you ever need anything ask them and special thanks to all of them including Merna she is so sweet and also 🤣 funny also don't let the distance fool you as the hotel is just a few minutes from downtown as I went to another hotel that was supposedly five stars and I was not as happy as the zen resort so anytime in the future if I go to aswan I will only stay at this resort that is for sure.

The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Rooms and view were splendid. Food, drinks were excellent. But most of all the staff were the friendliest and most genuinely kind people. Would definitely stay here again because of the hospitality.
