Everything was excellent, right from start till end.

Heated pool.Small but very cozy,with nice view of the ocean.We like to exercise so we really liked the gym.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a little problem with our documents, and despite not being obliged to help us, they did! Thanks a lot for that. Also, the room was a lot bigger and better than was initially advertised. We had a terrace and a kitchen, even though the letter warned that there would be none of that. Probably it was just luck regarding which room was free at the moment, but that made a good impression about this place.

Nice Location. Very comfortable rooms with wonderful views of mountain from the balcony. Reception was open 24 hrs with whatsapp support for assistance. Kitchen was clean and had all amenities to cook food and feel like home.

Everything was great! The hotel is well located, 10 minutes from the beach by foot, a lot of stores around. The room was very spacious and clean, as was the whole hotel in general. We really enjoyed the buffet, which was very varied and had good/fresh products. The staff were amazing and very helpful, especially Fabio (i think was his name) from reception who surprised us with a bottle of Prosecco and a piece of cake in our room for my mum’s birthday, Kelvis from the buffet and Alejandro from the bar on the rooftop (he makes the best cocktails by the way). Many thanks to them for making our stay memorable!

Everything was perfect! Location, hotel, staff, cleanliness, dining room, food choice, sun terrace upstairs . Our 3rd visit and I'm sure we'll be back.

The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. The location is excellent, with everything you need just a short walk away. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and a perfect start to the day. Combined with friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room, it was a stay we truly enjoyed.

The pool and the spa was great. The views from the property were amazing

The room was excellent, large bed with a perfect matress, good showerhead and a Nespresso coffemaker in the room. The garden has a lot of space between benches, nice live music in garden. Breakfast is similar to other hotels nearby, could be faster in the omilette making for there was always a line. The gym is perfect, the aroma smell in the entire hotel was great. But I have NEVER had such a lovely staff, specially in the lobby, they where GREAT, loved them !!!
