Absolutely amazing! The staff in the bar area were so attentive and welcoming. The food was great and the breakfast was fantastic.

Clean, tidy, and friendly front desk staff. Our family room with balcony has a nice lake view. The bathroom had a stylish design, and the bedding was exceptionally comfortable. Although we only stayed for one night, we had a very restful stay and left feeling refreshed for the rest of our journey. There’s also a bar and café downstairs, which was very convenient. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Reading.

This is the most amazing property and get away for a family that we could possibly have hoped for. It exceeded all our expectations. The cottage is absolutely beautiful. You have everything you need. A beautifully done kitchen, lounge, bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms. All done to the highest possible quality. And the owners are lovely. We took our two kids there and they loved it. The pool is brilliant. Perfect for kids and adults alike. And there is lots of stuff to do nearby as well. It is the perfect family getaway. In fact, we want to go back and book both cottages as it would be a perfect trip with another family. Can’t recommend this place enough. Amazing place amazing value.

Beautiful, well equipped house in a great location.

Such an old property, with loads of character. Close to all attractions. We had an issue with the TV and the host sorted it straight away.
