Excellent view from the hotel, which stands on a tall cliff and the sea streches ahead. There was access to the beach after a steep downward 10min walk. Access was also available to th beach by car with parking near there (extra cost for this parking). Free parking space for hotel clients , which is super convenient in the area. Room clean and spacious.

The property sits at the waterfront with great views. Staff was nice and helpful. Food in restaurant was delicious. Nice breakfast selection. All together a delightful stay.

The location was incredible and we barely left the hotel to make the most of the views!

We were met by Mamy Lucia who instantly made us feel welcome with a glass of Prosecco on arrival. She said "my home is your home". The breakfast was excellent. Each day the table was made up with fruit, fruit juice, croissants, coffee, etc. and nothing was too much trouble. The view of the Mediterranean and the island of Capri is stunning as are the sunsets. The Villa is just a 15 minute bus ride to Sorrento which runs every 20 minutes. The other way is the small town of Massa Lubrense, just 5 minutes (20 minutes if you walk). There is also a small beach nearby which is about a 15 minute walk but be warned, it is all downhill so be prepared for an uphill return, although you can get a ride up for a small fee. Such a friendly atmosphere and certainly felt at home. If you want to relax and get away from it all then this is ideal. The swimming pool is actually a hot tub, so don't expect to be doing the backstroke, but it's perfect for relaxing after a day out or just dipping in and out on a sunny day.

Location extremely clean , with great view of Capri and peaceful

Location, cleanness and staff super caring. The location for us was very strategic as we wanted to be diving to all the places in Amalfi Coast. It was great to be staying away from the big areas and just drive there as we planned. In addition, I would like to take Lizete and Pascoale for all the support

We had an absolutely wonderful stay for two days! The property was beautiful, spotless, and had everything we needed. The jacuzzi was definitely one of the highlights and made our stay even more relaxing. What truly made this place special was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure we had an amazing experience. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and always ready to help with anything we needed. They even dropped us off at the station, which was such a thoughtful gesture and greatly appreciated. Their hospitality made us feel truly welcome and turned a great stay into an unforgettable one. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area and would happily stay here again. Thank you for making our trip so special!

The overall condition of this boutique property is well maintained and convenient to navigate. The rooms are nicely appointed including the bathroom with plenty of hot water and great water pressure! The breakfast is plentiful, fresh and tasty! The pool is such a bonus for a hotel in this location (directly on the sea cliff) It rained on and off during my stay so I didn't get to enjoy the poo but it looked very accommodating.

It had a great location, and a fantastic view of the coast. The terrace was very enjoyable and very peaceful. Claudio was very friendly and welcoming and he made some great suggestions for us to visit in the area

So much calmer and more affordable than staying in Sorrento. We loved the Pool, air conditioning, anytime checkin, option for day parking add-on. A few meters away from charming Massa Lubrense center with bars, conad etc. The staff was top and breakfast with several bread opinions was better that expected (after reading reviews) Nice bonus: close to the Massa Lubrense port that offer semi-private boat tours.

The villa is in a great location close to the town centre. It will accommodate 5 people comfortably. It also has two balconies and a roof top patio. The hosts are very friendly and welcoming and do everything they can to ensure their guests the best possible stay. Their daughter even drove us to a nearby restaurant to pick up dinner after our late arrival from travelling over 34 hours and we were exhausted and hungry. They also invited us one evening to join them and their friends and family for a birthday celebration as they made pizza in their pizza oven and to sample the finished product! Their daughter is fluent in English which eliminates any communication issues. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are planning to return again soon!
