TRULY EXCELLENT: The host Josef and his wife were the kindest and most helpful hosts I have come across. They spend personal time to help us out and give good advice on locations to visit as holiday makers. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality in this modern age where increasingly you book a place with no host, no person to help you out. For me, this was a STANDOUT experience for the help offered by the hosts and the stunning views the location offers.

Really convenient and beautiful location with a view of Mt Vesuvius! Due to the location the hotel is also very privately located away from the public. You can also pick between using the hotel pool or private beach. The staff is also incredibly helpful when you need assistance or have any questions.

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment, the amenities, the kindness that was shown to my Mom and I. The location, the view, evenings sitting out on the balcony patio taking it all in. The comfort of being in your own home. The Gennaro's who are the owners and partners. We absolutely loved every single thing about our stay. These guys are the best. They are amazing people. I will definitely stay here again. It's peaceful and quiet. Gennaro treated my Mom and I like family. One Gennaro saved us from a crazy guest stay nearby and brought us to this incredible Home and Garden Stay literally. I can never thank them enough. Two wonderful human beings. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

We were only there for 1 night, but wish we had planned to stay longer. Our breakfast had such a personal touch and was delicious. The host Caterina was great and attentive to all our questions. Private covered parking was an extra plus for us. She organized special transport for us yo get to our Ferry and back for our 2 day stay in Capri. The rooms were super clean and grounds were beautiful with a pool. Highly recommend just for the friendly and personalized treatment from the host.

My husband and I give this accommodation 6 out of 5 possible stars. It exceeded even our highest expectations. Everything was absolutely perfect and, in fact, even better than we could have imagined. The service and the food were on the level of a 5-star hotel. A huge part of the experience was staying right by the sea while enjoying complete peace and tranquility, waking up to the sound of the waves. Do not miss having dinner here – it is truly an experience. Sitting outside, watching the sunset while enjoying amazing food and wine was simply unforgettable. The staff were wonderful, and every little detail was taken care of to make our stay a perfect 10/10 experience. Thank you so much for everything ❤️ We leave this beautiful place with our hearts full of happiness, and we truly hope to return one day.

Pasquale and his staff were hospital and friendly, going the extra mile to pick us up from the train station, bring drinks to the pool and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is newly renovated and it is beautiful. We loved the rooms with patios, the pool deck and the outdoor lounge. The wifi is great everywhere and the breakfast was soooo good. We’d highly recommend this hotel.

We are really glad that we booked the Villa Ketty Resort for this part of our holiday to Italy. Antonio and his staff are excellent and nothing is ever any bother to them. We dined twice in the resort for our evening meal, including a special Pizza Party. Everything was lovely and the breakfasts were something really special indeed, with lots of choice and all home made or locally grown produce. The location is spectacular and the room was beautifully finished to a very high standard with tremendous views over the Gulf of Naples. The village is a short walk from the Villa Ketty Resort and you can be there in 10-12 minutes. There is a pickup point with an intercom in the village, should you wish to be collected instead of walking back up the hill. This is all free of charge and part of the wonderful hospitality which the family offers. The train station is very close and there are tours on offer to Capri and other locations that can be arranged by the Villa Ketty staff. The Pompeii ruins are about 30 minutes away by car and these are worth a visit for sure . We were only there for 3 days and definitely want to return again and explore more sights.
