The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. The location was excellent and very convenient for exploring the area. I also really enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and tasty options. The check-in and overall stay went smoothly. The staff provided great service throughout my stay, and the hotel's location made it easy to get around. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and was a great way to start the day.

We loved everything about our stay. The apartment, the amenities, the kindness that was shown to my Mom and I. The location, the view, evenings sitting out on the balcony patio taking it all in. The comfort of being in your own home. The Gennaro's who are the owners and partners. We absolutely loved every single thing about our stay. These guys are the best. They are amazing people. I will definitely stay here again. It's peaceful and quiet. Gennaro treated my Mom and I like family. One Gennaro saved us from a crazy guest stay nearby and brought us to this incredible Home and Garden Stay literally. I can never thank them enough. Two wonderful human beings. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

All clean, quiet and very nice people

The staff was wonderful, they explained everything to detail, offered help with the bags, and there was a lovely dog, Nina, at the front desk, which was absolutely a plus! The shuttle service to the city centre was amazing but unfortunately we only stayed one night and we arrived late in the afternoon when the shuttle was no longer in service (the schedule is posted at the reception)

Intimate authentic feel to the hotel. Immaculately clean and very well kept. Warm friendly welcome from the family owners. Breath taking views over the bay of Naples with Vesuvius straight ahead.

Wonderful stay at Villa Ketty! Green oasis, pool, many terraces overlooking the sea, pizza party, and gracious hosts!

The shower pressure was best of class! The upgrade received was a super surprise receiving a balcony room overlooking the sea ! The service was outstanding! The staff would go above and beyond to help your adventure be the best possible! Staff should be highly recommended!

This property is amazing! You feel like home and the hosts are lovely, friendly and helpful people. I definitely plan to stay in this hotel again. Important to note that without a car is difficult to move around as the hotel is not in a central location.

TRULY EXCELLENT: The host Josef and his wife were the kindest and most helpful hosts I have come across. They spend personal time to help us out and give good advice on locations to visit as holiday makers. It's rare to find such genuine hospitality in this modern age where increasingly you book a place with no host, no person to help you out. For me, this was a STANDOUT experience for the help offered by the hosts and the stunning views the location offers.

We had the warmest welcome and a fascinating stay. Erminia was so welcoming and full of the most interesting information. Thank you to her and her family for sharing their home with us. We had dinner there twice and on both occasions the meals and wines were absolutely delicious. We also thoroughly enjoyed the home made cakes with coffee.

The guy at check in went out of his way to help us, we were a little lost finding the property but the guy came and found us and showed us the way. Completely went above and beyond his responsibility to help us out.
