Really wonderful stay, we stayed in both the Safari tent and the Dodome, and whilst we preferred the physical safari tent, as there was more space, we had quite possibly the most incredible view at the Dodome - it couldn't have been better! I wouldn't stay anywhere else if I returned to Sorrento. The bus was also very reliable and the staff couldn't be more helpful. 10/10!

Great location if you are taking ferry’s to the Amalfi coast! Near the center also. It was very clean and a lovely view of the water.

Despite the initial. AC issues, we found the room and hotel installations very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond.

A Hidden Gem in Sorrento – Pure Hospitality! Maison Bon Bon was one of the highlights of our trip to the Amalfi Coast. From the moment we arrived, we felt not like guests, but like friends being welcomed home. The property is beautifully kept, quiet, and perfectly located – close enough to everything, yet peaceful and surrounded by nature. The room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and had all the little details that show care and attention. But what truly made the experience unforgettable was the staff. Warm, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile – whether it was advice on places to visit, restaurant bookings, or just a kind word in the morning. You can feel they genuinely care. It’s a lovely place, feels like you are in a resort like the ones from movies, i love everything about it, it s the place to be and my only regret is that i didn’t choose to only stay there, i split between Salerno and Sorrento to visit the coast, if you’re thinking to do the same, don’t, stay at Santa Fortunata.

Amazing location — just a short walk to the train station, city center, and scooter rentals. Breakfast was tasty, though a bit on the lighter side. The rooms were clean and cozy, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We felt very welcome during our stay!

This small hotel is in a great location, with beautiful views and an amazing staff. From Carmen at the reception to Pepe, the barman at the swimming pool, they were wonderful, warm, kind and welcoming.

The property had great views from different locations. It was well kept and clean.

Communication prior to arrival was great, once we arrived at the hotel we were warmly greeted with complimentary drinks, they were even nice enough to not only check us in early but upgrade our room due to the occasion. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. The location is perfect literally 3 mins walking distance from the port. The food was amazing, the view, the aesthetics of the hotel, the cleanliness, I mean everything! I just can’t stop ranting about this place, this is one of Sorrento’s best hotel stays. 10/10 highly recommend, I will be back! In the meantime I’ll be referring this place to all of my friends, family, & followers!
