    An excellent place to stay either just arriving or departing Japan. Great facilities from dining and roof bar to swimming pool. As we were leaving and continuing our holiday we were pleased to use the self laundry facilities. Food was good and even free transport to the airport.

    The room was big, the beds extremely comfortable. This is a big hotel very close to the airport with shuttle service and sauna, swimming pool, 7 eleven, unfortunately we stayed only for a night and could not enjoy all the services. But at least we enjoyed the wonderful face creams in the room and free water.

    Had an excellent stay, room was very spacious, well appointed and clean. The facilities were excellent, especially the swimming pool and jacuzzi. Staff were all very friendly and more than helpful. The on site convenience store was useful for any bits that were needed and the shuttle bus to the airport and the town were also a nice touch. Would definitely recommend and use again

    Good sized room, quick and spacious lifts, frequent free shuttle buses to terminals as well as to lovcal shopping centres. Excellent health facilities for a minimal charge with nice swimming pool as well as sauna etc - all very clean and comfortable.

    I like the convenience drug store and a cute souvenir store at the corner , because this corner stores happened in my dream before. The facilities is good, with indoor swimming pool and gym .Hotel also provide free shuttle to /from Narita Airport ("bus stop #16).
