Hotels with Pools in Mavrovo

My stay at this mountain cottage was exactly what I needed. The views were breathtaking, and the cozy cottage with its fireplace made for a perfect retreat. I enjoyed a peaceful evening on the porch, watching the sunset, and even explored a nearby hiking trail before heading out. The hosts were attentive but gave me complete privacy. I only wish I could’ve stayed longer!

The villa has an absolutely amazing view. It’s a gorgeous location and so worth the trip. You have the whole mountain top to yourself. The air is so perfect and refreshing. I read the precious reviews about the road. We rented a small compact car. When you turn off the main road the first part of the road is fine to drive in any vehicle. The owner met us in his 4x4 by his house which is just a little bit up the dirt road. We parked our car there and he drove us in his vehicle to the mountain top. Our car wouldn’t have made it, but it wasn’t a problem because he was so accommodating to drive us up and pick us up at the time we requested the next morning. Everything worked out great and they couple that own the place are lovely. Once you get to the top you really have the whole place to yourself which is both fun and relaxing. The pool is filled with mountain water which is so cool and refreshing during the hot summer days. It’s a lovely villa and I would definitely back again and highly recommend! But if you don’t have a 4x4 contact the host and let him drive you up! You’ll love your little visit with him too. Super friendly. This a dog or two hanging around that you might see but they are both very friendly and just looking for some love.
