What amaze me the most was the people. So polite, and always ready to serve. Please a big hang for all of them.

Good choices for food and drinks, great staff. There is a lot of Entertainment and animation, but never to pushy. You can easily avoid it if you are just out for peace and quiet. The whole resort is in great shape and very well looked after. And the best thing: there is lots Iguanas and Agutis hanging out. It was my first All Inclusive Resort experience, I never believed I'd like it, but I got convinced otherwise.

Beautiful hotel on top location with nice view over the calm sea. Nice bar, water around the bar is warm temperature. Other pools cold water. Spacious room with nice balcony. Best was location on gated community just 1 minute from the harbor where the dolphins were playing. Nice restaurants around the harbor, lot of choice (Thai, oriental restaurant was good), also Italian restaurant good). Very good breakfast, nice food at the bar, also sushi/sashimi, good prices. Nice calm sea for children. Dolphin Discovery, really nice.

The location was incredible! We were right on the water in a really special spot. We travelled as a family and it was so wonderful to spend such good quality time together. The neighbourhood that the hotel is located in is really a neat spot - full of all sorts of restaurants and things to do. We were equally impressed with the location of the hotel within the neighbourhood. The fact that it came with delicious breakfast included in the hotel stay was the cherry on top. We will definitely be back.

We loved this location as we could snorkel to the beach directly from the patio. It was so peaceful and there were so many places to sit and take in the beautiful surroundings. The condo was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. The bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept in and the bed linen was top quality. The owner was very attentive and worked hard to keep his property maintained. What we particularly liked about this property was the use of the shared bikes as it meant we could bike for breakfast and dinner at the marina which is about a 25 minute walk. There are also 2 kayaks for free use to paddle around the lagoon which is great. We actually had 2 people kayak past us from the All Inclusive and mentioned we were the VIPs and that was just how we felt sat in the shade under the built pagoda.

The pool was so lovely, we didn't access the beach often. The outside furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, all appliances worked well. Plenty of towels. Very clean inside & outside area. Beds were comfortable. This property accommodated 4 adults & 1 toddler very well. Any questions were answered promptly. I recommend this unit, would love to stay here again.

Great location, beautiful views. This place really feels like vacation

Great stay at Mary Jos lovely place. We were staying in the room downstairs with a nice terrace to the quiet garden and were woken up by the chirping of the birds. The bathroom was outside of the room but right next to it and private. Our highlights were the excellent breakfast (fresh fruit plate every day and selfmade bread, jam snd muffins), the cute and friendly dogs Manolo and Bela and of course the warmth and friendlyness of the host Mary Jo. Muchas gracias por todo!

Perfect location about 5-10 minutes walk to the main square / marina. Quiet location. We had a ground floor apartment with terrace almost by the pool. It was great.

We had a wonderful stay in Puerto Aventuras. The apartment was beautiful, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. The rooms were large and spacious, and the bathroom was fantastic. Everything was clean, well maintained, and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Juan and Jonathan, who were always responsive, kind, and helpful whenever we needed anything. Their hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable. We truly loved staying here and would happily recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Puerto Aventuras. We hope to come back again!

We liked Puerto Aventuras very much. The 'lodge' is a part of a villa with a separate entrance. The owners live above and beside you. There is no direct access to the backyard where the pool is. There is no outside area where you can enjoy breakfast or coffee. The only chairs are the sun loungers by the pool. The only access to the backyard is to go around the house through a narrow path and duck for the bushes that are growing there and enter the garden through a not working well gate. The owners don't mind that you use their garden but still we felt that we were sitting in their space. The garden is no longer as shown on there picture it has now so much tall vegetation that there is no sun spot during the day. That causes also that the pool not comfortable varm and not really usable. Because of the vegetation on the front and the back the lodge is quite dark inside. We found the mattress too hard and not comfortable but that can be us liking more soft mattresses. The kitchen is basic and can have some more stuff. Two of everything is basically enough for two people but if it is functional that is something different. Further is there is no warm water from the kitchen faucet. A little table to put your glass or something else on with the cough would also be a good addition to the interior.
