Loved the morning visits from monkeys for their banana breakfast! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Great breakfast and free quality coffee available all day. We’d definitely come back.

Our stay at Hacienda Hotel Xcaret was extremely pleasant. The property itself is magical, set in the middle of the jungle, with plants lushly surrounding the area in a way that feels both natural and elegant. The pool is truly fascinating, like swimming in a natural pond. The quiet area is definitely a big bonus as well. We stayed in the Suite King Deluxe, which is very spacious and comfortable. It had the best shower of our entire vacation! The hosts were wonderful and very helpful in many ways.

Location was excellent, very close to the centre & just a short walk to the many restaurants overlooking the Dolphin enclosure. Room had a view over the Marina. Good Wi-Fi, I had to do a bit or work while I was there & was able to have Zoom meetings without any problem.

Absolutely stunning Villa in a beautiful location. The Villa is really big and the garden is spacious and quiet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a covered driveway. It's located in the Amares development in Xpu Ha which is huge and only a few houses are finished. There are smart Tv's in both bedrooms and a huge one in the lounge. Wifi is super fast. Hot water and showers all perfect. The kitchen is very well equipped with an oven, microwave and a kettle! (1st kettle found in Mexico!) The bed is huge and comfortable with great pillows bedding and extra blankets supplied which are fluffy and smelled gorgeous! The host/owner Ana was super fast to reply to messages and allowed us early check in and spot on instructions for access and location. Honestly, we loved the villa and would move there if we could! 😁

Location was very good, the overall neighbourhood was self-sufficient with lots of bars and shops within a secure massive area. The property is fully equipped, the view from the balcony is amazing, and it is very well set for evenings or early morning sunrises. Padle board was a big plus, maybe it would be good to renew as we had to fix a few little punctures before the use, but for few days it was ok to inflate in the mornings before use. The swimming pool is very nice, not crowded, and the depth ideal for the kids
