An Unforgettable Act of Kindness – Thank You, Belair Beach Hotel I recently had an unexpected and very emotional experience while on a cruise that had to be cut short due to a medical emergency involving my sister. She became seriously ill and required emergency surgery in St. Maarten. I was not able to stay with her in the hospital and had to find accommodations quickly. I cannot express enough gratitude to the staff at Belair Beach Hotel, especially Khatija and Catherine, for their incredible kindness, compassion, and support during those difficult two days. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel cared for and safe during what was one of the most stressful times of my life. Their understanding and warmth went far beyond what I ever expected from a hotel staff. They were not just professional—they were human, and their empathy made all the difference. Because of them, Belair Beach Hotel will always have a special place in my heart. I will absolutely return if I ever come back to St. Maarten, this time under happier circumstances. The decor. Its close to the beach. My sister paid extra for the birthday package ( champagne, cake, balloons) and it was so cute. The property is clean and updated. It has all the amenities needed. I really loved our stay there.

Beautiful location overlooking Indigo Bay. Centrally located to travel between Muller/Maho Beach area and Phillips town. Very private only one other couple staying at the resort. Pool area is turfed and has a truly beautiful view which is also the same from the terrace outside of the room. The hosts were very friendly. Design is very modern.

The best choice we could have made for our trip. The apartment is gorgeous, equipped only with high-quality items, and the view is stunning. The owner is very attentive and thoughtful with every detail. The location is great — close to the most beautiful beaches on the island and with easy access to many parts of the island. We loved it and would definitely come back!

    We loved that the location was outside of the busy tourist area. It was nice to wind down, and relax in tranquillity. The apartment was nice, just like on the pictures. It is spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds are comfortable and perfect for our family of four. The kids enjoyed our stay and loved swimming in the pool. The environment feels safe. It is very beautiful to look out the window and see the mountains and the ocean afar.
