We initially booked Cassia Residences, however, due to unexpected maintenance in the apartment we were offered a one-bedroom apartment in Beachside Residences Laguna Phuket, not far from Cassia. The location was perfect - 5 min walk from Bang Tao beach with several restaurants and bars, and 20 min walk (5 min ride) from a larger cluster of restaurants and shops, where we usually went for dinner. The apartment was completely new with all the necessary facilities, including the kitchen, washing machine, spacious living room and balcony. There was also a large swimming pool on the roof where we spent quite a lot of time towards the end of our stay. Cleaning was done once during our 8 day stay which was sufficient for us. Our hosts - Yuri and Nikita - were very responsive.
