Being a modern hotel it was in pristine condition with all facilities clean and working. The room size was excellent and well laid out. The air conditioner was efficient and quiet in operation. The roof bar and restaurant is a gem. It has a great atmosphere and the views of the city are superb. The cocktails list is extensive and the food well presented and delicious, it’s a must go to even if you don’t stay at the hotel.

The room was big and clean. Soft pillows. Good location for the Chang arena. The Air condition was slow to cool the room. Buffet breakfast with only one small toaster ( two slices of bread at a time,and slow). Needed a bigger toaster or more for the amount of people at breakfast. Would have liked an egg station to cook fresh eggs or omelette.

    The manager Chewin is great. He really tried to help and listen. He even upgraded our TV to a smart TV. We liked the swimming pool and the overall look and design of the hotel. The staff were nice too. Breakfast variety. Water pressure. Staff. Organic rice for sale.

    It's a fantastic place with excellent staff and is super clean. It was the best swimming pool I had seen in a while, and unfortunately, it was spoiled at check-out. We have luggage and call reception to help. They said no! As only one personalizing before 10 am. Went downstairs to get the luggage trolley and did it myself. wish I left a bad test.

    Nice hotel, unbelievably friendly staff too! Bus station not too far away, train station is a tuk-tuk ride. Rooms are spacious and clean, had a nice 'country' view. Good Breakfast. Great swimming pool.
