The staff is exceptionnal ( Juum and Amy at the reception desk have been really at the top, same for the bell boy, the guard on the parking space... ). The breakfast is varied and good. The swimming pool. The location.

Big Swimming pool and clean rooms Enjoyed my stay

This was definitely one of the best vacations we’ve ever had, and much of the credit goes to the dedicated hotel staff, especially the hotel manager, Ms. Bua. When we arrived, we had a small issue with the air conditioner, which we felt was not cooling properly. We contacted the staff and they responded immediately and professionally. Not only was the issue handled quickly, but we were also offered a different room that exceeded all our expectations. Throughout our stay, the entire staff was attentive, kind and helpful with anything we needed. We also noticed that this level of care was given to all guests. The service was truly high-level. Breakfast was also very good – fresh, tasty and with a nice variety. Highly recommended, and we would be happy to return

The room is just awesome with a big city view. So much comfortable bed & environment. Luckily I was on the 7th floor. The staff's behaviour is so comfortable & friendly.

Everything about the property was amazing and appreciative. The rooms, the facilities, the staff, public areas, 2 swimming pool, etc. were all very well maintained.

The hotel is very suitable for families and has suitable spaces for children to spend time in the hotel, such as swimming pools , also location close to malls

Best property , spacious room , nice environment around .

Break fast is awsome , the location is very good

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was superb. Walking distance to the beach and the mall. Perfect location.

- Staffs were very polite and friendly - the room's floor was very clean - Breakfast were delicious - Free coffee

Well located with very nice swimming pool. Amazing breakfast and the staff are very friendly.

It was a last-minute booking, receptionist allowed us early check-in. The property with same rent in Pattaya is worse (visited a lot of properties) , a reasonable distance of 10 minutes walk from the beach. overall, a nice place
