Such a nice stay. The owners are very kind and attentive. Suchi ordered me food and it was excellent. Pesto salmon from nearby. I was up at 6am after a nice 💤 and went to sit on the dock and a massive KOMODO lizard swam up. I'll be back to the pool side room. 🦎

From the moment you arrive you are taken care of by very nice staff which pay attention to details and want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The property is new but gives the feeling you have arrived at an old french/english colonial style place. Antique furniture decorates the place and there are many corners that invite you to sit and dream. The service is well above average for a place like this. Excellent is the right world.

My stay at Baantip Suantong, a big resort with a cozy bed & breakfast vibe, was honestly great. The room was comfortable with a contemporary decor vibe, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Loved how peaceful it felt—close to Amphawa Floating Market but not stuck in the middle of the crowds. Plus, that river view in the morning is totally worth it. For what you get—the space, the view, and the calm—it’s absolutely worth the price. If you’re after peaceful, relaxing, and slow-day vibes, this spot hits the mark.
