Great pool - amazing helpful staff. Rooms were large and clean - the mattress was very hard which is the only thing we didn’t like. Location is within walking distance to many restaurants and old town. We would stay here again

The staff was extremely friendly at all times, the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The location was also great, in a very chill area, super close to the city center. We also loved the facilities, the pool area is beautiful and several times we were working/studying in that area in the evening and honestly it was such an amazing place to be in.

Very happy to find and stay in this hotel. The service of the staff was exceptional. Everyone was always smiling and friendly. Mimi happily welcomed us in from outside the hotel the day we arrived and gave us very useful info on things to do around the city. She went above and beyond in helping us with everything - 10/10 service! The morning staff were also amazing, serving us breakfast with efficiency, they even explained to us the local food that they serve differently each day - the sticky rice with custard was so yummy! We also loved that our rooms were cleaned everyday with fresh new towels and bottled water. We also loved the coffee and free snacks in the lobby. The pool (with pool towels provided) was heavenly after a long hot day in the city and touring around Chiang Mai. I would happily recommend this hotel!
