The staff, the amenities, the location, the breakfast buffet and the historical architecture. We arrived earlier than anticipated and the front desk manager, Sungkan, was very gracious in allowing us an early check in. Our flight out wasn't till the early evening and he also extended us a late check out and arranged for our airport transfer for a fair fee. Although the hotel was built in 1991 it has the interior architectural elements of a structure 100 years old. It has a charm to it. The location is in a quiet area and there are groceries, shops, clubs and nice sidewalks for walks. The airport is 30 minutes away but check in at the beautiful ANKARA airport is very easy and quick. The room was quiet and the bed comfortable. The water pressure was fine and the heating of the water perfect. The hotel offers a pool and hammam free of charge to its guests as well.

We stayed in room 723. It was a perfect King bed for 2 adults and 4years old kid. Check in was smooth. Spa was outstanding. Steam, Sauna and Hamam. Service was 10/10. Its close to best pubs and night clubs. Locations is very good.

    The location of hotel Ickale was very good and in a bustling and busy town centre with the main city centre and attractions just a couple of minutes away . The hotel room itself was spacious and luxurious with high cleaning standards and decorated beautifully . The sauna and the indoor swimming pool was clean and perfect and surprisingly free of charge . Staff were very friendly as well and let us have a late check out too . Receptionist was very kind too
