Wonderful breakfast selection. I ate there every day. The area was clean and well cared for. They always had a big urn of ice water and i filled my yeti throughout the day. My family came for birthday cake and they found plates and forks for us. The pool was clean and well maintained. Room was large and pleasant for me to do my work during the day. I will stay here again.

We had a great stay at the hotel overall. The room was comfortable, the staff was friendly, and everything else about our experience was wonderful. The only disappointment was that the pool was out of service during our stay. Had we been informed about this before our arrival, we would have chosen to stay somewhere else, as having access to the pool was an important part of our plans. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but I do feel guests should be notified in advance when a major amenity like the pool is unavailable so they can make an informed decision about their accommodations.

The surroundings are nice and quiet, they have plenty of parking. The lobby area is very cozy, the front desk attendants are all very welcoming and go out of their way. I noticed a guest who came to the front desk while I was checking in asking for his flip flops he had forgotten at the pool and the front desk had them nicely bagged for him. I thought that was very thoughtful. The rooms are clean, no smells, which is a dealbreaker for me. The beds are super comfy, the bathroom is really nice and spacious. The hallways smell nice, the elevators are secure because you can't go anywhere unless you have a key. I love, love the fact that you need your room key (card) to turn on the lights which saves so much electricity which tells me they care about the environment. Great find for me, we needed a place to stay while my son goes to USF because its 25 minutes away from campus and 20 minutes from downtown Tampa so I am in the middle but worth getting away from the huzzle and buzzle of the university traffic and Busch Gardens crowds.

The Florida State Fairgrounds and the Hard Rock Casino are only minutes from this Tampa hotel, situated off Interstate 4 and offering modern in-room amenities, including microwaves and refrigerators.

"An excellent home away from home! My wife and I stayed here last week during a trip to visit our grandchildren. The neighborhood was pleasant, and the house itself was incredibly cozy and clean. It had plenty of space and everything we needed to relax after spending busy days with the family. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in the area."

We had a wonderful stay at The Riverview Estates. The home was exceptionally clean, spacious, and exactly as advertised. My favorite part of the house was the master suite—especially the master bathroom and its beautiful shower, which felt like a luxury spa experience. We also spent a lot of time enjoying the back patio and pool area. It was peaceful, private, and the perfect place to relax with family after a day out. The home was well-equipped with everything we needed, and the host made the entire experience easy with great communication and a smooth check-in and check-out process. I would definitely recommend this property and would be happy to stay here again.
