The apartment was spotlessly clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The beds and bedding were so comfortable, and everything we needed was there for us. There were even lovely touches such as a loaf of local raisin bread and a bunch of fresh local flowers that made me smile. The lodge is in lovely gardens and I really appreciated the trees, birdsong and flowers just outside the windows. It is an easy, pleasant walk into the heart of St Peter Port and the harbour, so Ilex Lodge is in a fantastic location, close to town, but quiet and peaceful. The three of us arrived exhausted and desperately in need of a holiday, and left rejuvenated and recovered. It was exactly the holiday we needed. Thank you so much.

It was very clean, rooms were lovely. Nice facilities. Probably the best breakfast I've had in a long time. The scrambled egg is outstanding

Garden is stunning, rooms are spacious, washing machines and dryer available for use at a small charge. Oscar at the front desk was very helpful. Wonderful full English breakfast each morning.

Situated in the south-east corner of Guernsey, the property also offers an on-site restaurant with a seasonal menu. The hotel was situated in beautiful grounds with a small pool.. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The food and service was excellent.
