We had a pleasant stay at Holiday Inn. The staff were amazing, and we were very satisfied with the hospitality. The food was decent. One of the reasons we chose Holiday Inn was because of the facilities that cater to kids. We didn’t plan to go out, as we wanted to spend our entire time at the hotel. It is truly kid-friendly, and we will definitely come back.

The room was amazing, a really good size, very comfortable and the bathroom was huge. We had our own private pool which was a total luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We cherished the attention to detail, cleanliness, effort to use as little plastic as possible, friendliness, attentive, accommodating staff, and ease with which everything was organised—and it was all well organised—made us feel like they had put in a lot of effort to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable, yet made it look effortless. The beach and the water were clean, thanks also to frequent cleaning. The pool was a fantastic alternative to bathing in the sea. The massage services were soooo good! The atmosphere was calm and quiet. Often, we would have short and friendly chats with other guests. We found they had an excellent way of treating you like a guest, neither imposing friendship nor treating you like a client from whom to squeeze the money. Our stay was enriched by the deeper conversations we had, which revealed the hotel's commitment to more than just profit. We learned that the hotel is not just a business but also a platform for personal growth, especially for the young women of the surrounding villages. It's a place where they can learn from client interactions and use these experiences as a stepping stone to shape their own lives. As one person put it, it's as much a social endeavour as it is an economic one.

Facing the beachfront, Four Points by Sheraton Bintan, Lagoi Bay offers 4-star accommodation in Lagoi and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The property had splendid views, the most hospitable staff and amazing facilities. It was like living in a dream for a couple of nights honestly. Special shout out to Ms Ledy at the front desk who made every possible effort to make my stay memorable with her kindness and help. Also worth mentioning Ms Ade who runs with conducting Zumba and traditional Indonesian dance classes. I was made to feel super special on my birthday with the room decor and the entire team was splendid to me. There’s spa on site as well which is luxurious! Thank you for the most memorable stay 💜

Beautifully appointed rooms, with a back to nature feel. The staff are all amazing, helpful and always smiling. The location is just stunning, we wish we were there for longer!!

Very breezy. Love the pool and the spacious toilet. Love the resort room service. We ordered our lunch and dinner in our room on our 1st day. Food was awesome. We basically love everything about the resort. The staff are friendly too. Will come and stay here again!
