This is a really nice hotel and our room was fantastic. A very well laid out and spacious room with amazing views of Killarney National Park. Also throughout the hotel the level of cleanliness was clear to be seen as it was spotless. All of the staff were engaging and very friendly and a credit to the hotel. In particular the young lady working behind the bar went to a different floor to get the drink I ordered; what service! Breakfast was another standout. Usually buffet breakfasts are not up to scratch but this was not the case here. All of the hot food was actually still hot and cooked to perfection We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and we were delighted with the gifts the hotel had arranged for us on our arrival

The bed is super comfy, heated toilet and a bidet a luxurious addition. I've no complaints at all!

The facility is modern, immaculate, with quite huge rooms looking out over the town. Nice beds, linens, and bathroom. The pool is ingenious and worth using. The proprietor is very friendly and helpful. It’s fine not to have breakfast included because there are great coffee spots down in town. The walk to and from town is very short, and driving down takes three minutes with lots of parking for non-walkers.
