Shoval and Michael at the reception were so helpful, and the staff around the pool was lovely. The massage given by Omer was just perfect to relieve my back problems… wouldn’t choose another hotel when I come back to Tel Aviv!

Great location. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly to our requests. The room was spacious and had a great view.

The host does things "by the book" and required that I send him a picture of my tourist visa for tax purposes (or else pay the tax). He was patient with me as I tried and failed to text it to him; was eventually successful in sending it via e-mail. When I made my second booking here, extending my stay, he graciously upgraded my room to a larger one at no charge. There are places to eat nearby.

We had a wonderful stay and I have to tell you that Alex the manager went above and beyond right from the start. He was so engaging, kind, helpful, and just wonderful. We really enjoyed our room, the locations, and the breakfast, of course was dynamite, on par with Miami!
