Villa Nottola is a former noble residence in the countryside of Montepulciano, besides the namesake winery. It offers a sun terrace with swimming pool. Everything about Villa Notolla is exceptional. Of all the places I've stayed in all over the world, this is a favorite. Without being pretentious, the entire property is charming and comfortable. The pool's setting among olive trees, the courtyards, the vineyards, the staff, the restaurant, and both rooms I've booked (2011 and 2024) were delightful. I will not miss staying there again next time I'm in Italy.

The photos definitely don't do justice to how unique this place is. The rooms are decorated in a stark Tuscan style, equipped with all the essentials in both the kitchen and bathroom; we even provided a bathrobe and flip-flops. The regional breakfasts included coffee, juices, water, and, of course, three kinds of cake, local meats, bread, fruit, and cheeses. Guests could also request scrambled or fried eggs. You can also order a platter of regional products, which I highly recommend! The property is completely peaceful and quiet, an ideal place for those seeking tranquility and spending time surrounded by nature. In a beautiful grove, there's a beautiful swimming pool with a stunning view of the Tuscan hills. The agritourismo staff was very helpful. We especially thank Luca and Fabio for recommending places worth seeing.

The location is very secluded with breathtaking views that look like a postcard. The property combines the charm of a historic house with a very modern and stylish interior. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, with robes, slippers, and all the little details that make you feel at home! The infinity pool is simply incredible - the best place to relax while enjoying the stunning scenery. You can even buy their own wine and walk through the vineyards. Breakfast was delicious, and the hosts were incredibly caring and welcoming. It’s also the perfect base for exploring Val d’Orcia - the surroundings are unbelievably beautiful. As a bonus, there are two adorable ginger kittens living outside on the property - playful, well cared for, and always entertaining. They made the place feel even more charming:) Highly, highly recommended!
