The staff were very nice and helpful. The rooms, particularly the ones on the first floor, are nice and breezy. The swimming pool is very clean and a great way to laze around on a hot afternoon. There are hammocks and communal sitting areas too, so one has plenty of space to use.

But, here, you get the best hotel manager ever, Lisbeth, who is so helpfull and friendly! As well as the night guard and all the other staff. I've travelled a lot of the world, and believe me, it was the best customer service expierience I have ever had! If I could give the hotel 100 on booking, just for the service and friendliness, I would! The most perfect place to stay in all of Granada, or, all of Central America!

It's in the centre of Granada so plenty of options for restaurants. Breakfast is lovely with plenty of options. Management checked in with me several times to see if I was happy.
