An amazing stay at this wonderful hotel. Starting from the team at the lobby, so professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms were amazing, very spacious,clean and comfortable. A special thank you to Vicky at the restaurant, she was so nice, professional and helpful during our lunch,dinner and breakfast. I will never forget the gift she made for me and my wife for our wedding. We can see that she like her job so much. It‘s always a pleasure to see workers like Vicky which made our stay even better. The food was amazing, a lot of choice for thai and western food. I will definitely go back to Melia if I plan a trip back to Chiang Mai.

Nice stay in Chiang Mai. The hotel is in one of the main roads at the border of the walled city. Very lively neighborhood and an easy walk to the center or accessible via tuk tuk/grab. Many restaurants, stores near by. The hotel is modern, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. They had a menu that changed every day with several options of local and western options which was good for us as we wanted to try local dishes. They don't have SPA on site but helped my wife with reservation in a near by place. We visit in new year's they gave us a nice token of appreciation. They have a mid size pool which we used and had fun.

All staffs are kind and friendly, got excellent service always. Our room was clean and comfort, there was lovely bathtub which we expected!! We ordered a floating breakfast next morning as additional charge, was so cute and could enjoy the silent atmosphere at pool side.(nobody in the pool at the time) This breakfast is available 8-10:30 am and book when you check-in.

Everyone was very very helpful, soft spoken and always ready to help despite of language barrier especially the girl at reception. The best kind of people I have met till date. Lovely.

The evening street food hawkers is just on the next street. Highly recommended hotel. Staff is extremely helpful. Front desk check-in personnels came to the taxi to carry our luggages and greet us with freshly made coffee. There's a cooking demo at 1-2 pm daily.. Kudos to the breakfast team (Jaipa, barristar, chef etc) and reception (Smile etc). Thank you for an un-forgetable holiday retreat.
