My stay at the Inh is one of the highlights of my travels in Vietnam. Pu Luong is a wonderful nature reserve that has only recently been opened to tourism and the area is booming. Inh La Home is one of the first hotels. It is the perfect style for the location. Traditional yet with modern amenities. I stayed in a twin room with balcony. It was big. The fan and air conditioning worked very well. The beds were fine and the shower was great. There is a pool that lots of people used though I didn't just because I was doing other things. The owner, Tom, speaks fluent English and Thu, one of his employees, speaks pretty good English, too. I got excellent ideas from the owner about where to hike, how to get to local villages for textiles and the Sunday market, etc. There is a spa at the hotel and I had three massages during my five day stay. They were fabulous whole body and foot massages. Breakfast is included and I ate dinner there every night. The fish dishes, in particular, were outstanding. If you want a wonderful experience in Vietnam's nature without taking a sleeper bus to Sapa, Pu Luong is the place for you. 4 hour car drive from Hanoi. And Inh La Home can't be topped.

We stayed one night at Pu Luong Jungle Lodge and really loved it! The road to get there was easy and the place is surrounded by beautiful rice fields and terraces. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with no mosquitoes at all, which was a great surprise. The pools are very nice and well maintained, perfect for relaxing with the view of the mountains. The lodge is close to sightseeing areas, so it’s easy to explore around. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the food was delicious. In the evening, we had the chance to watch a band of local ethnic people performing traditional dances and music. This is a truly special cultural experience. A perfect peaceful escape in nature. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We loved our stay here. It was so calm and peaceful. The staff were incredibly friendly and looked after us the entire time. The food was amazing. Our room was spacious and beautiful. We met the owner Lua who was also incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. We can't wait to come back here. Thank you so much for everything!

The breakfast has a wide choice of food, varying from the continental one to the vietnamese specialties. I booked a one day trekking of more than 14 km visiting the enchanting Kho Muong village and its mysterious cave, here I had an abundant, tasty lunch at a homestay, then me and the guide walked all through the Natural Reserve to get to the Thai Village of Uoi Lan Where i experienced the local art of making brocade textiles. ialso had the chance to experience a moment of bliss with a great energizing and yet relaxing massage at the Retreat Spa Just before leaving to Hanoi. Pu Luong Retreat was so pleasant i would recommend it to anyone.
