It was close to the airport with a free airport shuttle service, which we really appreciated as we arrived late in the evening. The breakfast was fine, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds.

My sincere sincere grattitude and thanks to the entire team. From reception to the extreme kind and service orianted ladies from the Housekeeping that even offered and helped me to wash my personal clothes. Also a very very special serious thanks to Ricardo from the Restaurant at the Rooftop that served me fresh brewed black coffee before 07:00 AM actual breakfast opening. Ricardo and his team cooked every single day the perfect steaks, iced frozen coconut lemonades, salads and more. He always checked in on me and ensured i am taken care off without an exception. I highley reccomend the food in this Hotel and just for the record i'm a Professional Chef that worked in 2x 1 star Michelin Restaurants in Switzerland and Amsterdam. Also and as usual a very special thanks to the people of Cartagena & Colombia. We could learn a lot about their culture. They're humble grounded as in, in balance with earth. They are extremely hospitable and make foreigners feel more than welcome. Thanks again and i promise to be back in person to say hi again as a sign of grattitude to the entire team.

Best that there is. What a nice hotel, with pool and beach area, the paths between the colourful hats is simply nice. The location is great.

We could have dinner in the room. The hotel is near the parking and terminal 2. The staff is amicable.

I arrived last minute with my family due the bad service I received at our previous reservation and decided to leave. The service that I received at Whala, was amazing, the front desk staff is professional, helpful and provided service from the heart. We only stayed 1 night to celebrate our teenage 17th birthday and the staff really help to have a wonderful experience there. Thank you very much, we definitely will back.
